2024 Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive

Please help us reach our goal!

Our goal is to collect $1,700 in monetary donations (includeing the Marsh match) for this year's annual CIS Stuff the Bus. If you donate directly to the CIS page, please log your donation in SIP for the Marsh match. Let me know if you need help with this.

You can help by:

Dropping school supplies in the collection can located in the Break Room.
Donating to CIS via SIP for the Marsh match. CIS's goal this year is to raise $250,000. They are currently at $18,496.67. Our office goal is to raise $1,600 to support a school.
Volunteering on Stuff the Bus Day (Saturday, August 5th @ HEB from 9am - 5pm).

A few key dates:

All supplies will need to be dropped off on Thursday, August 1st at H-E-B Super Regional Warehouse (2045 S Foster Rd, San Antonio, TX 78220).
The last day to collect monetary donations will be August 15th at 11:59pm

Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive is one of city's largest school supply drives that serves thousands of under-served students and families. Many of these families are below the poverty line and cannot afford all the supplies their children need to start their school year. The funds raised through this event will be given to about 160 CIS partnering schools (elementary-high school) across 13 school districts to purchase supplies for any student in need at that campus. Your support helps to alleviate the stress of back-to-school expenses and allows students to focus on their education with the tools they need to be successful.
