About Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Epsilon Alpha Eta Zeta Chapter

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Epsilon Alpha Eta Zeta (EAHZ) Chapter was officially chartered on January 3, 2024 by the 25 zealous, professional women seeking to expand the footprint of their sorority through new avenues. This elite chapter is committed to promoting the ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated through high visibility of servant leadership, civic engagement, and holistic wellness to all aspects to impact all walks of life in West San Antonio  and Bexar County, Texas.

Although a young chapter, EAHZ has had both the honor and privilege of capturing the trust of several community organizations to form key strategic partnerships that collaboratively serve the Bexar County/West San Antonio community. Some of these partners have included; Autism Community Network, SAMMinistries, City of San Antonio District 7 Office, City of San Antonio District 8 Office, Texas Diaper Bank, Communities Under the Bridge, Juneteenth Commission, DreamBIG Scholarship Fund, DreamWeek San Antonio, Metropolitan Health District,  National Panhellenic Council of San Antonio, and Texas A&M University at San Antonio.

One of EAHZ Chapter’s proudest achievements involves Zeta’s collaboration with National Coalition of Negro Women under which EAHZ Chapter has been awarded 3 grants for the Good Health Wins Program, which focuses on educating the public on the importance of respiratory vaccinations. As of the close of SY24-25, the Chapter completed a total of 10 vaccine education events, reaching over 1,200 residents in their service area. EAHZ Chapter continues to deliver on its bright vision of bringing social, health, and economic justice to their local community through unique and efforts and initiatives that impact all ages and backgrounds.

Why Is Stuff The Bus Important?

Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive is one of city's largest school supply drives that serves thousands of under-served students and families. Many of our families are below the poverty line and cannot afford all the supplies their children need to start their school year. The funds raised through this event will be given to about 140 CIS partnering schools (elementary-high school) across 12 school districts to purchase supplies for any student in need at that campus. Your support helps to alleviate the stress of back-to-school expenses and allows students to focus on their education with the tools they need to be successful.
